ACHIEVEMENTS
The Department of Pharmacy, M.L.N. Medical College, Prayagraj was established in 1969 at M.L.N. Medical College in
the supervision of Shri B. B. Dixit who was the reader and first head of the Department. Two years diploma pharmacy
course for the candidates who have passed Intermediate with science either biology or mathematics as per the provision
of Pharmacy council of India (PCI), New Delhi. In 2017, Dr. Man Singh, took over the charge of the Department of
Pharmacy as Head till now.
• The department was involved in various activities such as World Pharmacist Day, Pharmacy Week and Cultural
Activities regularly.
• Department of Pharmacy conducted National Conference.
• Dr. Man Singh has published 18 Research Papers, one book and have two patents.
• Dr. Sarita K. Yadav have 45 research paper with total impact factor of 50 plus, two patents and five book chapters.
• Dr. Rahul Deo Yadav has 15 research Paper and two patents.
• Dr. R.L. Vishwakarma has 10 research papers, two patents and one book.
• Dr. Pradeep K. Niranjan has 5 research paper and three patents.
• Dr. Jyotsana Sonkar has one book chapter.
